COD Pipe Production Lines Shipped to Saudi Arabia
2026-05-07With its advantages of pressure and corrosion resistance and multi-channel management, COD pipes have become an essential component of underground pipe networks and integrated utility tunnels. Fullwin Machinery, a professional manufacturer specializing in extrusion production equipment, has created customized COD pipe production lines, automating the entire process from inner tube forming to outer coating. This helps customers achieve stable mass production of high-performance communication pipes and seize opportunities in the infrastructure market!

The core advantage of carbon COD pipe lies in its double-layer structure of “inner PE pipe + outer carbon spiral pipe”. Our production line adopts a precise two-stage molding process with strict control at every stage, ensuring that every pipe has both protective and practical properties.

The raw materials are automatically fed into a high-precision single-screw extruder via vacuum. After being heated, melted, and mixed, they are extruded into PE inner tubes of standard specifications through customized precision molds, laying a solid foundation for subsequent processes.

The molded PE inner tube immediately enters the vacuum cooling water tank. Under the action of negative pressure and circulating cooling water, the outer diameter is precisely locked and the tube structure is solidified, ensuring a smooth inner wall without burrs. This not only guarantees low-resistance cable threading but also avoids deformation during subsequent wrapping.

The cooled and shaped PE inner tube is conveyed at a constant speed by a high-precision traction machine. After the carbon composite raw material is plasticized at high temperature by the coating host, it is seamlessly wrapped on the outside of the inner tube by a precise spiral winding method. The corrugation spacing is uniform and the fit is tight, achieving a combination of corrosion resistance, insulation and pressure and impact resistance.

After the coating is completed, the pipes enter a secondary overall cooling process to completely eliminate delamination and edge curling problems; the entire process is continuous, efficient and saves labor.

Dual-machine collaboration ensures precise molding: The inner extrusion and outer coating main units are independently temperature-controlled and precisely linked, resulting in high consistency in pipe quality.

Fullwin has focused on the research and development and manufacturing of pipe extrusion production equipment for many years. It has a mature technical team and a complete service system, and can design exclusive production lines to accurately match process requirements.
