Designed for small-diameter PE pipe production, the line covers a Φ12mm to Φ32mm diameter range, serving cold water supply, agricultural irrigation, and cable conduit applications. Equipped with a high-speed single-screw extruder, vacuum sizing, and dual-station winding system, the line delivers stable output with uniform wall thickness — precisely meeting the growing demand for high-quality small pipes in the Middle East market.

The shipment strictly followed export standards: the complete line passed a 100% loaded trial before shipment, then was packed in fumigated wooden cases with moisture-proof wrapping for secure long-distance sea transport. Chinese/English operation manuals, installation drawings, and a spare parts kit were shipped alongside the equipment, enabling fast on-site installation and commissioning.
