Equipped with a 4-cavity die, the line extrudes four PVC pipes in a single pass, covering a Φ16mm to Φ32mm diameter range — significantly boosting per-unit output. The complete line features a conical twin-screw extruder, vacuum calibration tank, 4-belt caterpillar haul-off, and automatic cutting and stacking system, purpose-built for high-volume standardized pipe production such as electrical conduit and cable protection tubing.
